Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
QuantaSecAI Private Limited (“QuantaSecAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains how we handle personal data, also called personally identifiable information (PII), when you browse our website, send an enquiry, request a demo or contact our team.
It covers our website and related business communications. Personal data processed during a customer engagement may also be governed by the relevant service agreement and data processing terms.
2. Personal information we collect
- Information you voluntarily provide: your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, selected service or product, and the message or use case you enter in our forms. We also receive information you choose to share by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Enquiry records: the submission date, page, reference and related correspondence needed to follow up on your request.
- Technical information: our hosting and website providers may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring page, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle the relevant form request; your phone number is optional. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private cryptographic keys, customer records or confidential system details through public website forms.
3. How and why we use personal data
We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, arrange demonstrations, understand your requirements and manage any resulting business relationship. We also use relevant records to operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, we use the information for the purpose explained when it is collected. Depending on applicable law, processing may also be permitted to take steps at your request, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation or pursue a lawful interest in operating and protecting our business. We will obtain any additional consent required for a new purpose or optional promotional communications.
4. How information is stored and shared
Website enquiries are saved in our private website lead inbox. Notification emails are also sent to the team responsible for responding, so copies may be held in business mailboxes and related correspondence. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need the information for the purposes described here.
Service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, maintenance and security may process relevant information to provide those services. Our website uses Hostinger hosting and a Hostinger Reach integration, and loads fonts from Google. These external resources receive connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your browser requests them.
We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request, or as necessary to establish or protect legal rights. We use website enquiry information only for the purposes set out in this policy.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Session storage keeps information for a browser tab session. The website and its providers use these technologies for functions such as security checks, browser compatibility and enquiry confirmation.
Website storage and its purpose
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and security cookies | Cookies such as hcdn and the provider cookie __cf_bm support hosting security and automated-traffic checks. |
Session or short-lived cookies, with expiry controlled by the provider. |
| Browser compatibility storage | WordPress stores an emoji display capability check in session storage (wpEmojiSettingsSupports). |
The browser tab session. |
| Enquiry confirmation storage | A timestamp (qsa-enquiry-success) lets the Thank You page recognise a recent successful submission. It does not contain your form answers. |
Removed when the confirmation page reads it; accepted for five minutes. If unread, it remains until the tab session ends. |
Third-party resources, including Hostinger Reach, may use their own cookies and process technical information under their policies. Read Hostinger’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
You can review, block or delete cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect security checks or website features. Clearing browser storage does not delete enquiries already submitted to us; use the rights request process below for those records. Any use of optional analytics or advertising cookies must be subject to the notice and consent requirements that apply.
6. Storage locations and international processing
Our team is based in India. Hosting, email and other service providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate. Applicable legal restrictions and required safeguards govern such transfers; this policy does not represent that all information remains in India. You may contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
7. How long we retain information
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. We keep enquiry details and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, complete agreed follow-up and manage any resulting customer relationship. Contractual, accounting or dispute-related records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law or to address legal claims.
Technical logs and provider cookies follow the security, operational and expiry requirements of the relevant service. We assess retention by reference to the purpose, sensitivity, ongoing need and applicable obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in backups, which are subject to the relevant backup and recovery cycle. Where retention is still required, use is limited to the purpose that justifies keeping the record. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your information or request earlier deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
8. Your data subject rights (DSR)
You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete details, or deletion of information that is no longer needed. The rights and exceptions available depend on the law that applies to your information and the relevant provisions in force.
- Access and information: ask what personal data we hold about you, why we use it and with whom it is shared.
- Correction and erasure: ask us to correct, complete or update your details, or erase them where applicable.
- Consent withdrawal: withdraw consent to processing that relies on it.
- Restriction, objection and portability: request restricted processing, object to certain uses or request a portable copy where applicable law provides these rights.
- Nomination: nominate a person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity where the applicable data protection framework provides for this.
- Grievance redressal: raise a concern with us and, where available under applicable law, complain to the competent data protection authority.
9. Withdrawing consent and making a request
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing ravi@quantasecai.com, calling +91 9000318586 or using our Contact page. You can use the subject “Privacy request” or “Withdraw consent” to help us identify your request; no particular wording is required.
Tell us the email address used for your enquiry and the processing you want to stop. We will stop the affected consent-based processing and require relevant service providers acting on our behalf to do the same, unless continued processing is required or permitted by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand. It may mean we cannot continue the requested follow-up or service; we will explain any relevant consequence.
We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity or an authorised representative’s authority before releasing, changing or deleting records. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal, retention requirement or permitted extension.
If you are dissatisfied, contact us with the details of your concern so we can review it. This does not limit any available right to approach a competent regulator, including the Data Protection Board of India when the relevant provisions apply, after using any required grievance process.
10. How we protect information
We use HTTPS for website connections and restrict access to the private lead inbox through authenticated administration. Administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal data incident requires notification under applicable law, we will take the required steps.
11. External links and WhatsApp
Links to third-party websites are subject to those providers’ own privacy practices. Our WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp only when you choose it, and you decide whether to send a message. WhatsApp may then process your information under its own policy. WhatsApp conversations are not automatically saved in our website lead inbox.
12. Children’s information
This website and our enquiry services are intended for business users, not children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
13. Policy updates and privacy contact
We may update this policy as our website, practices or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide any additional notice or seek fresh consent where required; a policy update does not itself provide consent for a new purpose.
